Last Will and Testament: $249
What Is a Last Will and Testament?
No one knows when tragedy will strike, and having a last will is a way to communicate your wishes if you are near death, severely incapacitated, or in a permanent coma. So long as your assets in total value in at less than one hundred thousand dollars ($166,250) and you do not own real estate, a simple will would be enough to cover your estate. With a Last Will and Testament, you will be able to name not only your beneficiary(ies) to your estate, but also your executor(s) to take care of the distribution of your estate after your lifetime. If you have minor children, a will would also allow you to name a new legal guardian of the minor in your place, should it be necessary. |
